Finish: This 2-barrel blend was aged 10 years in once used bourbon barrels and finished in new Spanish oak for over a year.

Bouquet: Cola, caramel, cream, charred oak, suggestions of cedar (like a cigar box), nutmeg, clove, black pepper, and buttery hard toffee toy with suggestions of citrus, chalky dry cacao, and dark cherry. Smells like a toasted oaky Dr. Pepper soda.

Palate: Sweet cola gives way to assorted baking spices and a multitude of toasted wood notes. The palate starts sweet and drys out midway and finishes in a swell of rich delicious tannin, raisins approaching suggestions of figs, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, and vanilla on the breath.
