Tasting Notes: Raspberry-tumbled white chocolate truffle, vanilla and chocolate-swirled pudding pop, with a quick flick of antique oak on the nose, continuing into brown sugar simple syrup.

Lots of perfumed spice on the front of the palate, followed by buttery, custardy, antique flavors that develop into rich chocolate cake through the mid-palate.

The finish moves into baker’s chocolate, dried cherry, and well-aged oak, continuing with nips of ginger, allspice, and overcooked caramel.
