Tasting Notes: The nose opens deep and rich, with apple reduction, soft cream, and a lightly candied orchard fruit sweetness. It’s immediately inviting, leaning into caramel apple pie, polished oak, and soft leather.
There’s a plushness to it right away, but a brighter rye character sits underneath, almost more familiar to MGP rye.
The palate is creamy and rounded, with bright fruit, white pepper, and baking spice working through the sip. It’s velvety in texture, and while apple remains present, there’s this dark cherry and fresh pie crust note that grows as well - like an apple and cherry turnover in one.
