An interesting side note on the bourbon's history: because the Georgia state legislature adopted statewide Prohibition in 1905 (thirteen years before federal Prohibition) and the “Straight Bourbon” designation of quality was not adopted until 1907, Fiddler Soloist was the first Straight Bourbon ever distilled in the City of Atlanta.
Fiddler Soloist Straight Bourbon is ASW Distillery's in-house, high-malt bourbon distilled by hand on their traditional, double copper pot stills by Vendome. In addition to using traditional, double copper pot distillation, ASW uses an innovative grain-in, allowing them to pull more flavor from their unique mash bill.
