Close on the heels of Fiddler Chin Music Toasted Bourbon's Double Gold (95 Points) at this year's San Francisco World Spirits Competition, this Fiddler Chin Music 8 Year Bourbon release sees ASW finish its renowned high-wheat bourbon mash bill (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% barley malt) on charred oak staves and hand-charred toasted sugar maple baseball bats made by renowned bat-maker Marucci Sports. The result is the oldest Fiddler Chin Music to date, an incredibly smooth cask strength (~118 proof) bourbon with notes of butterscotch, nutmeg, and a light maple finish.
