San Juan is a town at the bottom of a valley however the iron soil lends minerality to the mezcal along with delicious sweet, & fruity notes.

• Agave: Espadin, grown in iron rich soil at 4600 feet. Agave is non-irrigated.

• Fermentation: Fermented in oak vats.
