At Seelbach’s, we’re committed to delivering exceptional craft spirits and ensuring you have a great experience with every order. However, due to the nature of alcohol sales, all purchases are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged
If your order qualifies, please contact us at support@seelbachs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will be happy to assist.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped back using our pre-paid return label. A $24.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping) to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
