Tasting Notes: Dark and oaky, but opening into powdered sugar–topped berries, honey, and a kiss of cinnamon spice. The nose is decadent, ranging from angel food cake to tiramisu, while still grounded in heavier notes of lightly smoked chocolate ganache and fresh oak.

The palate starts rich and sweet-forward, with gobs of vanilla and caramel before moving into lingering barrel char and a slightly savory, clove-kissed brown sugar glaze. Crisp notes of lemon and green apple pop in, but it always returns to those thicker, syrupy, oak-driven cola notes.

The finish carries those lightly smoked vanilla cherry cola notes we love from the secondary barrel, integrating seamlessly with softer notes of wildflower honey, cherry candy, walnut-topped sticky bun, and sweet oak from the base spirit.
