This small batch, limited release bourbon is crafted grain to glass using crops grown on Starlight’s 700 plus acre farm. Produced using a sweet mash process and double pot distilled on a Vendome copper pot still, this blend features mature bourbon with added complexity from secondary finishing.

The whiskey is initially aged in new American white oak barrels before being finished for 3 to 8 months in Brazilian Amburana wood casks with a combination of medium toast, heavy toast, and char level 3.
The nose opens with rich notes of cigar box and vanilla. On the palate, expect layers of tobacco and sweet cream, followed by a finish of light baking spice and subtle burnt sugar.
