Tasting Notes: I could wax poetically about this whiskey. But, lets get straight to the point. It's a vanilla frosting and Creme Brulé' BOMB! Rich and velvety mouthfeel that drinks way below it's hazmat proof. Great caramel and praline notes. I promised I'd keep this short. It's delicious!

That's exactly what happened with this barrel-proof, ultra-aged American Light Whiskey. This American Light whiskey aged for 21 years in used bourbon barrels from J.E. Seagram's and Four Roses. This antique oak and age allowed for complexity and depth to develop. As we began to taste through each barrel, notes of dried fruit and cigar box are what we fell in love with. This bottle remains uncut and unfinished to highlight the elegance of aged whiskey. Enjoy!
