This 21-year old Canadian whiskey is a study in rarity and refinement. Finished in apricot brandy barrels, it balances decades of maturation with vibrant stone fruit character and remarkable depth. Limited in quantity and singular in profile, this is a whiskey that stands apart.

Tasting Notes: One of the most dangerously drinkable pours of 2026. Now don’t get me wrong, this one packs some heat, but not nearly as much as it should given how jammy, bright, and fruit-forward it is.

Apricot jam, mixed fruit gummies, slightly smoked vanilla, and, surprisingly, a generous amount of aged oak lead the nose. The more you sit with it, the richer those brown sugar syrup notes grow, adding another layer of dark sweetness underneath all that fruit.

The palate is vibrant and juicy, hitting first with bright stone fruit before those flavors deepen and become a little more saturated and honeyed. Decadent caramel and vanilla swirl through the mid-palate before giving way, again, to a lasting presence of mature oak and a heavy dose of barrel spice.

The finish is long and semi-dry, with sugary fruit leading the way and citrus zest keeping things bright before richly spiced sweet oak takes over, lingering long, warm, and tingling on the palate.
