Tasting Notes: The nose begins rich and slightly smoky, with sweet woods, cigar box, and cedar chest. Let it rest a few minutes and it begins to expand into Charleston Chew and cane sugar.

The palate leads with more of those cigar box notes, bringing in tobacco, sweet leather, syrupy maraschino cherry juice, smoked maple, and loads of caramel-coated mature oak.

The proof is deceiving because this one certainly clings to the palate. While it doesn’t give that “toasted bourbon” profile, it lingers like creamy, charred marshmallows in the best way possible, with little flecks of dark chocolate and more of that mature oak continuing on.
