Tasting Notes: Dried pineapple, green apple, and maraschino cherry begin the nose bright and crisp as it moves into rich caramel syrup, cigar box, and sweet oak. 

The palate is syrupy yet effervescent, giving rich cola and cane sugar notes before flecks of black raspberry chip ice cream and toffee. 

The finish masks much of the proof as white pepper and pineapple soft serve ice cream linger semi-buttery on the palate before a slightly tingly continuation of blue raspberry candy and overproof rum.

That's exactly what happened with this barrel-proof, ultra-aged American Light Whiskey. This American Light whiskey aged for 21 years in used bourbon barrels from J.E. Seagram's and Four Roses. This antique oak and age allowed for complexity and depth to develop. As we began to taste through each barrel, notes of dried fruit and cigar box are what we fell in love with. This bottle remains uncut and unfinished to highlight the elegance of aged whiskey. Enjoy!
