Blend: A meticulously crafted small-batch bourbon blend featuring Kentucky Straight Bourbon from BBC and Green River, aged 7 years and finished in distinctive Rolling Fork rum casks. Two barrels of BBC bourbon, made from a 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley mash bill, were finished for over two years in Rolling Fork Rum Lost Cask Series rum casks. Four barrels of Green River bourbon, made from a 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley mash bill, were finished for over one year in Rolling Fork Wheated Cask Wonder rum casks.

Tasting Notes: The nose is nearly straight-up Kool-Aid... and if you know me, that’s incredible. Tons of tropical and citrus notes, from pineapple juice to freshly peeled oranges and lime simple syrup. It’s sweet without feeling cloying, but absolutely juicy.

The palate follows closely with more of a lime candy focus, saturated snow-cone syrup on the front of the tongue, tons of candied orange, and rich cola concentrate, all while still highlighting beautiful sweet oak.

The finish lingers with beautiful sugars and sweet florality, but mainly lovely lime slushy, a hint of orange peel, and sweet, beautiful oak.

Product Description: As independent bottlers, Rolling Fork Spirits has revived this 113-year-old bourbon brand that traces its roots back to the early 1900s. The brand survived Prohibition after being acquired by the R.E. Wathen Co. in 1926, and became part of the American Medicinal Spirits Co. portfolio in 1927. The return of Bourbon de Luxe in 2024 marks the revival of this historic brand, which follows the motto created by the Wathen family in 1788: No Finer Spirits Can Be Made.
