13th Colony Bourbon Seelbach's Bottle Club

Barrel #3110: Aged 6 years, 8 months | 120.29 Proof

The nose is rich and honeyed, layered with juicy dark fruits, softly candied cherry, and creamy vanilla. Concord grape, cranberry, and stone fruit mingle with lighter touches of melon, cane sugar, and sweet oak.

The palate is plush, silky, and fruit-forward, balancing syrupy date and cherry notes with stone fruit, tropical fruit cocktail, and salted caramel. Honey, vanilla cake, and marshmallow fluff add plenty of sweetness while seasoned oak keeps everything balanced and structured.

The finish is long, creamy, and gently juicy, with honey and maple sweetness continuing alongside soft tropical fruit, lemon-lime brightness, and slightly smoked vanilla. Sweet, mature oak lingers underneath it all, keeping the finish rich without becoming too heavy.
