Pride of Anderson County is a tribute to the deep whiskey heritage of Anderson County, Kentucky, an area long associated with exceptional bourbon craftsmanship. Curated by Rare Character Whiskey Company, this special release celebrates the region’s legacy while showcasing the individuality of a carefully selected single barrel.
 
Aged for 9 years in new charred American oak, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon develops remarkable depth, balance, and character. Each barrel is bottled uncut and unfiltered, preserving the authentic profile created through time, wood, and craftsmanship.
 
This marks the first ever Pride of Anderson County release shipping to market. With only two carefully planned releases per year, each release will represent a limited chapter in an ongoing Kentucky story.
 
Selected and bottled by Rare Character, Pride of Anderson County reflects both tradition and thoughtful curation, bringing together history, patience, and bold Kentucky flavor in every bottle.
 
Only 40 barrels will exist for this inaugural release, underscoring its rarity and collectibility. For fans of Rare Character, this is the beginning of a new limited series rooted in one of Kentucky’s historic bourbon regions.
