Starlight Grape Brandy Finished Bourbon|
Today we have a special barrel from Starlight Distillery. This barrel embraces everything that makes Starlight great. As a distillery, Starlight is well known for exceptional barrel finishes. Barrel 22-2555-1 was originally a 10-year white grape brandy. Starlight used estate grown grapes and distilled on-site. After the brandy was bottled Starlight blended their 3-grain and 4-grain bourbon mash bill. This blend aged an additional 6-months in the brandy barrel. Check out the video we did with Christian Huber from Starlight about what makes their barrel finishes special. We've also included a deeper dive into Starlight Distillery. I hope you enjoy our new video content!
