I try to stay neutral with most of my suggestions. It's already assumed that I love the single barrels when we add them to Seelbach's. We hold every barrel to a quality standard we think is better than most. However, there are barrels that I can't stop talking about! The bourbon single barrel fits into that category. It was originally a part of a blend. After tasting it multiple ways we decided it was unfair not to let the barrel shine on it's own. I mentioned this in the Exclusive Blend email. Kelvin barrels are tasting superior to other MGP barrels used.
