New Riff Distilling has quickly become one of the most sought after private barrels in the bourbon world. If you've had any of our prior private barrels you understand why. This is barrel no. 3 for Seelbach's. We've decided to handle the release a little differently. We will open this barrel up for purchase on Wednesday, October 16th at Noon EST. This gives everyone an equal chance at snagging a bottle! But, you better act fast. The last private barrel we did like this sold out in two hours.

Tasting Notes: Syrupy aromas of vanilla, cherry, and cinnamon. There are notes of orange peel and honey roasted almonds. The barrel finishes with light oak and black pepper.
