Chattanooga Whiskey has long been known for their experimental releases. They've dedicated a seperate distillery location for testing new products and finishes. Chatt Whiskey's flagship products already push the boundaries of bourbon with their Tennessee High Malt mash bills. The experimentail releases take it one step further. And that is why we love them at Seelbach's. Today, we have Experimental Batch 028: Cacao Infused. Inspired by the wintertime flavors of Mexican hot chocolate, this high malt bourbon liqueur was built from an experimental mash containing a unique blend of roasted malts.
We also have our winter allocation of Rye. This is another Chattanooga Whiskey that never lasts long.
