In our search for the new and exciting occasionally we overlook some classics! Cyrus Noble is one of the first Independent Bottlers I remember clearly stating their source. That type of transparency wasn't common at the time. The Cyrus Noble label has a rich history. It was originally released in 1873 and quickly became a favorite of gold miners in California.The brand has lived several different lives since the Haas Brothers purchased the trademark in 1933. Still owned by the Haas Brothers the brand we recognize today was released 2011. The label has remained relatively unchanged since then.
We love barrel innovation, high proof and age statements. Sometimes its nice to sip a great, lower proof bourbon that costs less than $40. That is Cyrus Noble!
