Chattanooga Founder's 14th Anniversary Blend

It's hard to believe Chattanooga Whiskey is celebrating 14 years! That's an eternity in the craft whiskey world! Chattanooga Whiskey was one of the first brands we sold on Seelbach's. For the last 14-years they have been cranking out not just incredible whiskey, but incredible affordable whiskey. Not only did they create their own category with the Tennessee High Malt, they continue to experiment along the way. What I love most is they give whiskey drinkers an incredible intro into the category of "craft". That is especiallty true with their annual Founder's Blend.

Founder's Anniversary Blend is a marriage of whiskeys to commemorate their 14th anniversary. Formulated each year by founder Tim Piersant, this solera-style expression is blended from 3 one-of-a-kind charred oak solera barrels. Distilled in Chattanooga, TN and Lawrenceburg, IN, this combination of traditional & innovative recipes showcases the dynamic balance between multiple styles & sources of whiskey - each one symbolic of their past, present, & future.
 
After each year’s blend is complete, the distilling team refills each tank with newly mature barrels, where they will quietly marry until the following year.
