This is the mash bill I've fallen in love with! I first tried it in Old Carter Bourbon Batch 14. From there I've been on a war path. I even tracked barrels down barrels of it to use in our Seelbach's Private Reserve Amburana. When Barrell Craft Spirits offered a private barrel of the 99/1 (Corn/Malted barley) mash bill, I jumped at it. This will be one of the few remaining Barrell Single Barrel Bourbon's as they move to offer predominately private select blends. This barrel is Nutella toast and spiced apples.
