About the product: Our production team crafted a 4 1/2 - 6 year, small batch blend of bourbon from ISC and Canton barrels with 2 distinct mash bills from Rickhouse 2. Huber Port wines aged in French & Hungarian Oak.
Sweet mash process & double pot distilled on our Vendome copper pot still. Blend includes Carl T. bourbon finished in Huber estate Ruby & Knobstone Reserve Port wine barrels, as well as Portuguese Tawny & Ruby Port wine barrels from the Douro Valley for at least 6 months.
The Port casks add balanced flavors of dried red fruits, mixed nuts, and vanilla sweetness.
