Pursuit x Shortbarrel Found...
Pursuit x Shortbarrel Found Footage
About the product: Deep in the woods, rumors of a legendary beast guarding the ultimate maple finished bourbon turned out to be entirely true. To draw the elusive creature out, Pursuit used Double Oak Rye as bait. What followed produced this exact collaboration, marrying Shortbarrel’s acclaimed Sapsquatch bourbon with our signature Tobacco and Oak Bomb profiles. The recovered grainy camera tape is the only evidence it ever happened. We call it Found Footage.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Brown sugar crumbles melt into Belgian waffles, cut with a bright ribbon of ginger syrup.
TASTE: Brown sugar butter coats the palate first, then chocolate cinnamon doughnuts roll in, chased by a snap of ginger beer.
FINISH: Juicy cinnamon candy lingers alongside anise cookies, fading out on a light soda fizz.
