When Field of Dreams Whiskey first launched, it wasn’t just about baseball.  It was about legacy, community, and the craftsmanship that ties America’s pastime to America’s spirit. From their debut bourbon made in collaboration with the iconic Iowa field, to the small-batch releases that’s followed, the brand has built a reputation for doing things differently. But this time, they’ve taken it to an entirely new league.

The new Field of Dreams All-Star Whiskey is officially the largest whiskey blend ever made. It starts with their signature bourbon and adds a single barrel from every Major League Baseball market across the country, a coast-to-coast collaboration that brings together bourbon, rye, wheat whiskey, American single malt, and even Canadian whiskey.

Blended by Murphy Quint of Cedar Ridge, this one-of-a-kind release features barrels ranging from 1 to 25 years old (averaging around 7), clocking in at 108 proof. The mash bill reads like a stat sheet: roughly 65% corn, 15% rye, 12% malted barley, and 8% wheat.

That’s right, whiskey from Arizona to New York, Florida to Washington, and everywhere in between. If there’s ever been a bottle that represents the spirit of the game (and the country), this is it.

The nose dances with plum, date, baked apples, spiced custard, bread pudding, and peach cobbler before easing into cinnamon raisin bread and gentle oak.

The palate leads with light spice and a buttery texture, revisiting a spectrum of dried and dark fruits on its way to a creamy, rounded vanilla oat milk latte and richer oak than the nose.

The more you sip, the more layers unfold, finishing dense, semi-dry, and multifaceted with plenty of saturated fruit punch, dried orange peel, and butterscotch.

This is the kind of project that reminds us why we love craft whiskey: a mix of history, community, and great whiskey. Just like the movie, this blend proves that if you build it, they will come.
