But, Starlight Double Oaked Rye is one you don't want to miss. Starlight usually draws the most attention for their crazy finishes. We've had their Amburana, Honey and Tokaji finished whiskies sell out in minutes. For me, their rye still reigns supreme! Most Indiana rye focuses on notes of herbal, mint and spice. The Starlight rye is heavy with fruit and subtle spice. That profile combined with the vanilla forward Seguin Moreau secondary barrel creates something special. Here are the details.

About: A 4.5-6.5-year, small batch blend of Old Rickhouse rye with two distinct mash bills. This blend was transferred into new Seguin Moreau Vanilla Toast Barrels and 5-year air dried, heavy toast Canton barrels for additional aging.
