Seelbach's Advent Calendar is Here!

Seelbach's mission is simple. Get vetted craft spirits into the hands of educated consumers. While the mission is simple, the execution of that is often more complex. In the last 7 years, I've received countless emails saying, "Sounds interesting, but I want to try it first." This hunt for smaller format bottles has always stuck with me. It would be incredible if there were a way to get 50ml bottles to you to try before you buy. That's what started the journey to create the first-ever Seelbach's Advent Calendar! And it was a major journey. We sourced 24 unique whiskeys from 21 different brands across nine states. We cherry-picked from some of our favorite producers. This creates an exclusive experience you couldn't find anywhere else.
This calendar allows you to compare Blue Corn bourbons from Smokeye Hill and Beyke's Blue. Taste double-oaked Bourbon produced by Pursuit Spirits and Buzzard's Roost. Did you miss the Cask Strength Bourbon from 13th Colony? Or the Altschuler 11-year Single Barrel Bourbon? It's in the box! A fan of craft distillers? There's Jimmy Red Bottled in Bond and Manifest Distilling 100% Rye Whiskey. I could keep going because the calendar is loaded. I'm sure you can read the excitement on my part. And with that, the 2025 Seelbach's Advent Calendar is now available. I hope you enjoy the journey through tasting as much as we have curating the product.
Inside the Calendar
Twenty-four days. Twenty-four craft pours.
Every bottle in the Seelbach's Advent Calendar has been hand-selected by our team from some of the most exciting names in American whiskey—ranging from long-time favorites to rare, under-the-radar producers you won't find anywhere else.
Each 50 mL sample is bottled straight from the source, capturing the character behind every blend, finish, and barrel. From bold bourbons and balanced ryes to limited-release experiments, every pour tells its own story.
This isn't just a countdown, it's a guided tour through the people, places, and passion shaping today's craft whiskey.
