We're releasing three new products from High Wire Distilling. The most sought after is their Peach Brandy. This product started with 10,000 lbs. of peaches and ended with 319 bottles! We also have the new variations of High Wire's Jimmy Red Bourbon and Abruzzi rye whiskey. The Jimmy Red Bourbon is finished in Oloroso sherry casks. The rye whiskey is finished in Tawny port barrels. To make this one-of-a-kind spirit, we finished our beloved 30 month old Jimmy Red Bourbon for an additional 6 months in fresh 225L Oloroso Sherry casks. The nose is sherry-forward with nutty cashew and cinnamon spice. Tasting notes include brown sugar, maple, gingerbread, graham cracker, light baking spice, and dried fruit with a caramel finish.
High Wire Distilling Rye Whiskey Finished in Tawny Port Barrels

Starting with our 100% raw Abruzzi rye whiskey, we finished this 18 month old spirit for an additional 6 months in freshly dumped Tawny Port barrels. The result is a complex spirit heralding notes of florals, fruitcake, ripe cherry, rye spice, and antique wood with a long finish.
