The Wisconsin blender started their "Dancing Goat Presents" series, experimenting with their 4,500 barrels of uniquely aged whiskey stocks including 16 mash bills with ages ranging from 6-21 years. When it comes to unique, quality releases at a solid price, these bottles are hard to beat. Today, we're releasing their 100% corn whiskey 8-barrel blend aged 8 years and 7 months in once used bourbon barrels and finished for 5 months in cherry bitters barrels.

Cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, crème brûlée, and vanilla on the nose. Palate is cinnamon, nutmeg, cherry, sugar, and light winey acidity that gives way to a long silky beautiful finish.
