The nose is a dessert lovers dream - thick caramel sauce, wildflower honey, and charred oak greet you right away.
The palate continues much the same way with a honey-like sweetness to otherwise rich charred oak profile. There’s pops of peppery spiced melon, but it is more integrated and less dry than some of our Juke Joint picks in the past. Rich cherry syrup, ginger, and Dutch apple pie really do ground all the flavors, but theres no denying that beautiful oak presence in this one.
The finish is rich and silky, fruit kissed and touch leathery but really just dark brown sugar syrup and well seasoned spiced oak on this one.

The nose on this one is beautifully soft and inviting - perfumed fruits, lots of warm honey sweetness, baked apples, and plenty of buttered toffee long lasting in the glass.
The palate is dense and tingly, initially offering up leather as well as deep, developed berry notes (think blueberry pie and luxardo cherry). Thick cherry cobbler begins to soak into the palate as even deeper herbal and spice notes begin to surface. All tied together with fudge covered graham notes and ginger.
The finish is long and trailing with slightly perfumed candied fruits, toasted honey, and Thin Mint cookies lasting well into the long finish.
