Tasting Notes: The nose starts with baking spice and stewed apples. There’s a dried fruit sweetness. The taste is canned peaches or peach cobbler. The sweet and spice balances nicely. The spice evolves separately to cloves, cinnamon and a bit of black pepper. It’s a medium finish with peach tea and oak.
