Distilled by the veritable Berta Vasquez, this special batch of destilado was procured specially for Aficionados Group and Seelbachs in a partnership to bring the best agave has to offer to new, and long time, fans of the spirit alike. This ensamble combines Tobala and Cuishe magueys, distilled on her copper alambique still in San Baltazar Chichicapam. Originally hooked by a delightful Mexicano distilled by Berta in 2020, I knew that purchasing more of Berta's distillate would be a goal in 2021 and this pair of bottlings is a dream come true. --t8ke
