Following in the footsteps of Pursuit United bourbon, it focuses on the art of the blend and mingles distillates Kentucky and Maryland. We have partnered with Bardstown Bourbon Company and Sagamore Spirit to create a new rye whiskey blend by using three different mashbills. We use the traditional 95/5 mashbill from each distillery but we also include Sagamore's 52% rye mashbill that provides more bourbon-like characteristics since it uses corn as well.
The inaugural release will have 2076 bottles at 108 proof (54% Alc./Vol), non-chill filtered. As always, enjoy this pursuit.
