About the product: Origin is pot distilled from a high-malt mash bill, providing notes pastry, citrus, vanilla wafer and stone fruit. We ferment our wash with a slow and careful fermentation, producing a very refined product pre-distillation. Distilled twice on our two pot stills, this bourbon aged in new oak for 6 years before a finishing period in the toasted barrel. The brand celebrates the origin of Dragon’s Milk, being born from Bourbon barrels. This expression is a showcase for the bourbon profile that New Holland Distilling has crafted over the past two decades. New Holland is Michigan’s oldest whiskey distillery and is the parent company to the Dragon’s Milk brand portfolio of beer and bourbon.
