Tasting Notes: The nose starts fruity. It's a mix of red apples and charred pineapple. There are some interesting notes of toasted wood chips, nutmeg and raisins. The palate moves to torched orange peel, maple and cinnamon. This palate is complex but delicious at the same time. There's some uniqueness with paprika and cinnamon on the finish.
