The Great Wagon Road Distilling Company was founded by Ollie Mulligan in 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina although Ollie is originally from Ireland. This Drumlish Poitín is named after the town of Drumlish in Co. Longford where Ollie's grandfather lived and was fined for making the stuff. Poitín is essentially Irish moonshine. This spirit is unaged, made from barley, and bottled at 100 proof.
