Inspired by the after-dinner liqueurs of Italy, Experimental Batch 016: Fig Infused Amaro, is a bourbon liqueur infuses Chattanooga Whiskey's signature Tennessee High Malt bourbon recipe with a blend of figs and aromatic botanicals for a classic bitter-sweet flavor profile. Prized for their complexity and sweetness, the Brown Turkey fig variety was locally grown in Chattanooga, TN.
An amaro is designed to be bitter. This version relies on the inclusion of the bitter ingredients cherry bark and gentian which are balanced by a complex selection of 14 fruity, spicy and earthy botanicals. The result is a bittersweet bourbon liqueur full of depth and richness, ideally served chilled over ice.

Infused with: Brown Turkey, Turkish, and Black Mission Figs with a blend of aromatic botanicals
