Sword Swallower is a white rum unlike any other. Starting with organic evaporated cane juice and fermented with a special strain of yeast provides a combination that produces a complex and captivating spirit with tropical fruit and floral notes. Then they finish the spirits in used Tequila barrels which provides a soft smooth spirit with undertones of vanilla, butterscotch, and oak.
On the nose: Pineapple and white pepper, with a delicate hint of vanilla and flowers.
On the palate: Tropical fruit, fresh sugar cane, pineapple, and white pepper.
Finish: A smooth finish yielding gentle flavors of oak, and butterscotch followed by a lasting hint of vanilla.
