An aroma of cherry pie with extra browned crust greets you, along with eucalyptus and cedar brightness. Dried apricots, toffee, and shortbread round out the nose. The palate begins loudly with the spice and sweetness of cinnamon and sugar toast. The dried fruits, oak, and herbal eucalyptus follow, with a very lengthy and lively finish–thanks to the proof–of oak, and cinnamon covered cherries.
