Tasting Notes: Jasmine and juleps! The nose opens with an incredible floral and herbal note. It's not overly minty. Just a nice rounded mint note like the first mint julep on a hot day. That turns into tangerine and circus peanuts on the palate. There's a bit of pepper. Lots of peach cobbler notes. True to it's Indiana heritage the spice and dried fruit linger for a long finish.
