Tasting Notes: Dried orange peel and honey drizzled on corn bread. I've tasted through a lot of these barrels. I'm still trying to figure out the familiar note on the palate. It's sweet and doughy. Caramel and citrus oil. There's a nice roasted cardamon and curry note towards the back palate. It bounces nicely between the sweet and herbaceous notes the whole time. The finish is medium. It starts as stone fruit and ends as unsweet tea.
