Tasting Notes: Traditional on the nose with vanilla, orange peel and clove. I get a note of cherry cola on the palate. The alcohol integration is fantastic as it doesn’t drink like a 114 proof whiskey. Some toasted coconut pops out with cedar and a little bit of cigar box.

Tasting Notes: the nose opens with aged oak and dried cherries. It’s a rich bouquet of baking spice. The palate is viscous. The baking spice pops back up with orange sherbet. The cinnamon and toasted coriander hits on the back plate and moves to a long finish.
