Production/distillation method: We double-distilled it on our custom-built Vendome copper pot stills using the Southern-style grain-in method in which the grain solids continued from the mash tun into the fermenters and finally into the wash run of the still. All of this culminates in the world's first Double Malt

Yeast: Distiller's active dry yeast

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, honeyed almond, nougat, hint of mint & tropical fruit notes
• Palate: chocolate-covered cherry, tobacco, Werther's Originals, a dusting of dry rub – pairs great with a light cigar
• Finish: Smooth, dry & lingering with a wisp of smoke
