Our flagship and the first of its kind – It is a botanical-based blend made to impart flavors reminiscent of English gin. We developed the recipe through experimentation, using herbs grown in our own rooftop garden. They include: Lemon Verbena, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Mint, Green Cardamom, and Lime Peels. This light, distinctive spirit is herbaceous, floral, and vibrant with hints of green citrus. It’s a mixing spirit; intended to enhance cocktails like Thrasher’s signature Rum & Tonic. It also works perfectly for a Mojito or Jungle Bird.
