I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience.  I am skilled and knowledgeable in one-on-one, couple, and family counseling.  I returned to graduate school in 1988 at the University of Kentucky to obtain my Masters in Social Work.  Prior to returning to school, I worked as a Medical Technologist for 15 years.  I graduated from Centre College with dual majors in mathematics and biology.

I was employed from 1991 to 1995 as a primary and family therapist at a residential treatment facility for chemical dependency in Lexington, KY.  I am retired from Comprehensive Care's Parents Place as a Parent Life Educator.  I have my own private practice helping clients to build solutions for dealing with life's challenges.  I became interested in solution-focused therapy in the last several years as the result of managed care.
